Dana Riccoboni is a dedicated and aggressive attorney with years of experience in immigration and nationality law. Ms. Riccoboni also handles criminal immigration matters, routinely visiting jails and representing detained individuals.
Ms. Riccoboni began her immigration career as an associate at one New York City’s busiest immigration law firms. In 2010, she launched the Law Offices of Dana Riccoboni, PLLC. In her busy solo practice, she has successfully represented clients before US Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) and Immigration Courts in several states, including New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, North Carolina and Pennsylvania. Ms. Riccoboni is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association.
Ms. Riccoboni understands the struggles and hardships of the immigrant community and can personally relate to each and every client. As a first generation American, she believes in community work and helping the needy. In that direction, she handles pro bono cases free of cost for selective indigent clients.
